Who we are
HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
Commissions at a glance
It’s the most common question, so here are the three rules together. They aren’t the same, and the difference matters.

On our commission we apply 21% VAT and issue an invoice for the intermediation service. For cars, the commission and its VAT are withheld from the rental and invoiced to the owner: for them it is a deductible expense.
