HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
These aren't worthless points: they are euros. They accumulate automatically and are deducted from your next booking. They are paid by the platform, not the host.
For each paid night, you are credited 1 € bonus. Ten nights a year mean ten euros for your next getaway.
1 € per night.
1,50 € per night.
2 € per night.
The level is calculated based on the nights accumulated on the platform. It rises automatically, there is no need to request it.
They are spent on host accommodations: when booking, the form shows your balance and lets you apply it as a direct discount on the total. For hotels in the global catalog, they accumulate but cannot yet be deducted. It is reserved when creating the booking and confirmed when payment is completed; if the booking is cancelled, the balance returns to your account.
The balance expires after 6 months of inactivity. Any activity —a new booking, a bonus earned or used— resets the period, so while you're using the platform you won't lose it.
