Who we are
HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
Activity rewards
In addition to commissions, the platform gives money for working with it. It does not come out of anyone’s price and does not depend on how much the booking costs: it is calculated based on completed blocks.

Cancelled bookings don’t count toward any block, nor do withdrawn or rejected listings. Payment arrives after the standard 14 days from the last checkout or return, to the bank details in your panel: if you haven’t filled them in, we can’t pay you.
Level up
Every published listing counts. The level is public and appears next to your listings: Affiliate (1+), Active (5+), Featured (15+), Star Affiliate (30+). From Featured, you can mark a listing as Featured for 7 days to increase visibility, and whoever publishes the most in the month tops the leaderboard. Verify your email to earn the Verified badge: more trust for readers.

Base: 100 published ads = 2 € (0,02 € per ad). Only approved ads count.
