How HotelsCasa{2} works

Who we are
HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
SMS to your guests, sent from “Hotelscasa”
For hosts, hotels and car owners. From your dashboard you can send SMS to your own clients — a seasonal offer, availability for a long weekend, the car you just listed — and they are sent with the sender name Hotelscasa, which your clients already know. 0,50 € via SMS, no monthly fees or lock-in contracts.

Write the template
You choose whether it’s about a car, an apartment or a hotel and write the text. We add the header “Hotelscasa:”. A counter tells you live how much fits: everything must fit in a single SMS (160 characters; 70 if using acute accents or emojis).

We review it
As with corporate message templates: someone reads it and approves it, or tells you what to change. Meanwhile, you can test it on your own mobile to see how it arrives.

Buy credits
1 credit = 1 SMS = 0,50 €. Packages of 10, 20, 50 and 100. Pay by card, PayPal or Bizum; credits don’t expire.

Paste the numbers and send
One per line, with the name next to it if you want the SMS to include it. They go out in short batches with pauses, only between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, so operators don’t flag them as spam. If one fails to deliver, the credit returns to your balance.
Clear rules
These are marketing SMS messages to your own clients and contacts, not purchased lists. Every message is logged with its text, date, and time. Nothing goes out without an approved template, and a rejected template always comes with the reason so you can fix it. The entry point is in your panel: “Send SMS” in the host dashboard and in My Garage.
