Everything you need to know, on one page: how to register, how to rent, how to book hotels and flights worldwide, how to list your accommodation or your car, how to notify your clients by SMS, how to earn commissions and how bonuses work.
Who we are
HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
Travelers Club
A free community within HotelsCasa: open forums where travelers share alerts, experiences and tips about places they've visited. And with prizes — including cash— for participating.
Anonymous and spam-free
You use a username; your real name remains hidden until you decide to show it. There are no private messages: everything is public, in open forums. Our bots moderate (no pornography, drugs, tobacco, weapons, or insults).
What it is for
Prizes are drawn (including cash), you talk to those who have already visited those hotels and places, and regular members are issued a cumulative virtual card with points to pay for your own bookings.
The 8 cups (earned in order and cumulative)
Ratings go up with your posts and your questions (answers to others). The latter also for bringing people to the platform — which is earning as an affiliate (see Affiliates).

20 listings total + 10 inquiries.

100 listings + 100 queries.

1000 listings + 100 inquiries + bringing 10 guests with 10 confirmed bookings.
Gold Cup500 €
1000 posts + 100 inquiries + bringing 10 owners with active rentals.
Platinum Cup1000 €
1,000 listings + 100 queries + 25 owners + 10 registered guests.
Cash prizes (5 €, 50 €, 100 €, 500 €, 1000 €) are paid out when each cup is reached: they are credited as pending and paid by the team to the account you specify. They are not automatic or instant.
How to write and create topics

Join the Club
With your account you are already a member; if you do not have one, click "Enter the Club" and register as a traveler or host.

Create a topic
At the top it says "Create a new topic": title, message, and, if you want, tags (dogs, beaches…). Click "Post topic". If your text contains "?", it's marked as a Question so the community can help you.

Reply to others
Use “Reply” under each post. Your replies count as inquiries for the cups.
To organize the whole trip without leaving the Club, use the Global HotelsCasa Search in the header (accommodations, flights, cars).
