What if I don’t have a price yet?
Your listing may be published with “Ask for price”: travelers request a quote and we pass it to you. As soon as you save your rate, the listing starts taking bookings automatically and that button disappears.
Full guide
Everything you need to know, on one page: how to register, how to rent, how to book hotels and flights worldwide, how to list your accommodation or your car, how to notify your clients by SMS, how to earn commissions and how bonuses work.

HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
A whole house, an apartment, a country house or individual rooms. Listing is free: no monthly fee, no exclusivity and no lock-in. There's only a commission when there's an actual booking. Do you have a hotel? Scroll down to the hotels section: the billing method is different.
From List accommodation: photos, amenities, rules and location. Works for a whole house, an apartment, a rural cottage or rooms you rent independently.
If your accommodation is going to be booked, we check three things: who you are, that the accommodation is yours and that the bank account is yours. On the verification page we tell you what document your country requires and where to get it — it is not the same in Spain as in Portugal or Germany. Until these are done, your accommodation is not displayed. We do not ask for any selfie or video, and for long-stay listings none of this is needed.
You decide the rate, minimum stays, cleaning, and seasons. We don't touch your prices.
Block dates manually or sync via iCal with Airbnb, Booking, or Google Calendar to avoid receiving two reservations for the same day.
Each request arrives by email and to the panel. You confirm or reject: you decide who you work with.
After checkout, your payment is processed to the account you left in Payout Details. And for every 10 paid bookings, we credit you 100 € bonus.
Commission: whatever we agree with you
We do not publish a percentage: it is agreed with you upon registration, depending on what you list, and is written into your contract. It is deducted from within the booking amount—the guest pays the price you set and you receive the rest—and it is confidential: neither you nor us disclose it. On our commission, we apply 21% VAT, which is our tax and appears on the invoice we issue for the brokerage service—you can access it with one click in My Invoices.
The tourist tax, when applicable, is a regulated charge collected separately: it is not our commission.
Minimum payout: 50 €. Sending money incurs a fixed transfer fee, whether it’s three euros or three hundred, so payouts occur when the balance reaches 50 €. What doesn’t reach the threshold isn’t lost or expired: it stays saved, adds to your next earnings, and comes out fully in the first payout that exceeds it.
We are starting out and want good hosts, not many. That’s why the platform pays 100 € to the host for every 10 completed bookings through the platform, in addition to what they earn from their rentals. Three properties with ten bookings each mean 300 € on top of earnings.
What is a completed booking: a booking is completed when the platform has received the money. Ten completed bookings mean ten payments in our account. The departure date doesn’t count, nor does a manually marked booking: what counts is the payment.
The payment method doesn't matter, as long as it's paid through the platform's gateway. The only thing that matters is that the money reaches the platform. If the guest pays you directly in cash, that booking doesn't count towards the bonus — the platform hasn't collected anything there.
Your listing may be published with “Ask for price”: travelers request a quote and we pass it to you. As soon as you save your rate, the listing starts taking bookings automatically and that button disappears.
In your host account you have accommodations, calendars, seasonal rates, bookings, messages, invoices and statistics. For one property or twenty.
You won't find this on other platforms. In your dashboard you have My Notebook: all people who have asked about your accommodations —with their phone, Telegram or email—, the dates they were looking for and what they wrote. You can reply to them yourself, whenever you want.
And also, who has been looking without writing: how many different people, from which country and city, how they reached your profile (Google, social media, direct) and how long they stayed. On other platforms, the platform knows this; here, you know it.
If we pass you a property that was already listed, you enter and find inside all the requests it generated before it was yours. You don’t start from scratch.
Your phone and email are not published. The traveler talks to you via internal chat, and contacts are automatically hidden in both directions until the booking is closed.
