How HotelsCasa{2} works
Everything you need to know, on one page: how to register, how to rent, how to book hotels and flights worldwide, how to list your accommodation or your car, how to notify your clients by SMS, how to earn commissions and how bonuses work.
Who we are
HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
Where everything is
The platform has showcases (where the traveler looks) and dashboards (where you work). This is the short list, so you don't have to search.

Access without password: with your email, Google, Telegram, or SMS. Work panels open without an account; the account is created when you enter your mobile number or email. The code arrives via SMS or email.
Taxi and transfers
A car when needed, with the price closed before getting in. They are driven by transport providers registered with us: taxi fleets, taxi drivers with their own cars, and aggregators bringing their fleet via API.
If you travel
- Tell us where we are picking you up and where you are going, and see the price before confirming. There is no taximeter and no surprise surcharge upon arrival.
- Upon confirmation, the amount is blocked on their card. It is charged when their car arrives and you board; if no car shows up, it is fully released.
- Trip alerts reach the HotelsCasa app on their phone: the license plate and car model, arrival time, and payment. No account needed: just their name and phone number.
- When getting out, you can leave your rating for the driver and share whatever you want, good or bad. It is published on that driver's profile.
If you are driving
- Joining costs nothing: no registration fee, no monthly fee, no deposit, and no exclusivity. Keep working with whoever you already work with.
- You set the price. We do not set rates or recommend any: we only show you, as data, what other companies in your city are already charging.
- We charge a commission on completed trips. If there are no trips, there is no invoice.
- We only ask for the transport license where your country requires it. Where it is not used, it is not needed.
- Before the first trip there is a verification: a photo of their driver's license and a selfie. It's done once and from your mobile, and the photo doesn't pass through us.
- And four photos of the car: front, rear and both sides, with the license plate legible. These are mandatory: they prevent someone from listing one car and driving another.
- You check your drivers' paperwork since you are the one holding it in front of you. We store the verified mark and no photo of any document.
The money
- The passenger leaves the amount blocked on their card upon confirmation. No cash in the car and no arguing about the amount with them.
- When the passenger gets into their car, it’s charged to their payout account and the commission is deducted from that same payment. If they change destination afterwards, the amount already paid doesn’t decrease.
- Each settlement is recorded and tied to your trip: what the passenger paid, the commission, and what was sent to your account, along with its date.
- Without a connected payout account, trips cannot be received: this is the first thing prepared in the taxi garage.
Your car's accounts
You won't find this on any other platform. The others show you your turnover; here you see what you actually keep.
- We enter the trips, amounts, and kilometers. You only record your expenses.
- If you tell us your car's fuel consumption and how much you pay for fuel, the cost per kilometer is calculated automatically. No need to keep tickets.
- We tell you how much each kilometer costs you and starting from how many kilometers you actually start making a profit that month.
- We notify you about insurance, ITV, and inspection before they expire, by date and by kilometers.
- And with a single button, you get a file with every trip and every expense of the year, ready for your accountant. You sign the taxes; the work of gathering them is already done.
Tickets and tours
Tickets to museums, viewpoints and guided tours: 7,385 listings in 884 cities, from 1 €.
How it works
- The ticket arrives on your phone as soon as you pay. No printing needed: show the screen at the door.
- The price is set by the museum or organizer; we do not change it nor add anything on top.
- Each ticket has its cancellation conditions, and they are written in the listing BEFORE paying.
- Travel Club members get 3% back into their balance, which can be spent on the next trip.
- No account is needed to buy. It’s only needed if you want to accumulate that return.
eSIM: internet during the trip
Mobile internet without roaming in 204 countries and 11 regional packages, starting from 0,88 €.
How it works
- An eSIM is a card without plastic. Your existing SIM stays in the phone and your number doesn’t change.
- Upon payment, you receive a QR code by email. Scan it and internet turns on when you land.
- A device compatible with eSIM is required. You can check yours on the purchase page, before paying.
- Travel Club members get 5% back to their balance.
- When the package runs out, you buy another one: there is no automatic renewal or subscription.
Games and coins
Chess, snakes and ladders, memory and some more. Playing is free and wins earn coins.
How it works
- You can play without an account. An account is only needed so that coins are saved.
- 20 coins make a cup, and a cup is 5 € to your balance.
- The balance is spent on bookings on the site: it is a discount, not a cash payment.
- Coins are earned by playing and cannot be bought: no money is involved here, so none is lost either.
- It’s not gambling: there are no bets and you can’t deposit money.
