HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.
We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.
For hotels, hostels, aparthotels and country houses with reception — accommodations with multiple room types and their own booking engine. The difference from a private house lies in the billing: here we use the payment gateway, and the hotel's share is assigned at the time of each booking, not afterwards.
If you work with Cloudbeds, Bypillow, or another engine, we import your rooms, services, capacity, and photos automatically from your own page. You review and that’s it. We know you don’t have time: that’s why we do it for you.
We verify who you are, that the hotel is yours, and that the account is yours. We tell you what document your country requires and where to get it. We do not ask for selfies or videos. Until they are done, the hotel is not shown.
Link your hotel’s payout account to the platform. It’s a guided step, done once, and it’s what allows your money to reach you directly without anyone transferring it manually.
You sync via iCal with your engine, with Booking or with Airbnb: no double bookings. Each room type with its quota and its rate.
The guest pays the full booking on the platform by card. Our commission is deducted automatically and the rest is assigned to your payout account at the moment. You don't wait for anyone.
Commission: the one we agree with your hotel
We don’t publish a percentage: we agree it with each hotel and it’s written in their contract, confidentially. It includes advertising for you to fill rooms. The guest pays the full booking on the platform by card (Visa, Mastercard…); from that payment our commission is automatically deducted and the rest is assigned to your hotel’s collection account at the same moment. No “I’ll pay you when I can”: yours is yours from the moment the booking is confirmed.
When you receive it in the bank: The payment gateway deposits into your account according to its payout schedule (usually within a few days, then continuously). "Immediately" means the part is yours and guaranteed now; the bank transfer follows the payment gateway's pace — like any card payment in the world. Still, it is much faster than Booking, which pays mid-next-month.
The hotel money does not pass through us: payment goes directly to your hotel’s payout account, and the only thing we receive is our commission. For this we issue an invoice for the showcase service that brings you guests.
We don’t charge sign-up fees or monthly subscriptions. Only the agreed commission when there’s a real booking — and with it we advertise for you (campaigns and search engines) to bring you guests. You stay on Booking, on your own site and wherever you like: we don’t ask for exclusivity.
The synchronized calendar prevents double bookings. Even so, if due to a hotel error a guest with a confirmed booking cannot enter, the hotel takes responsibility (relocation or refund). We sign this in writing: it protects the guest and protects you.
