Who we are

HotelsCasa is a platform and management tool that connects travelers with accommodation owners and provides businesses with dashboards to manage calendars, rates, bookings, and finances.

We are not an agency, a rental company or an insurance provider. Accommodations, vehicles, insurance and deposits remain the responsibility of their owners.

Hotels and flights worldwide

Besides the houses and cars from our hosts, in Hotels you have tens of thousands of hotels worldwide with real-time availability and price, and in Flights the ticket search engine. It’s the same account, the same cart and the same confirmation.

    Search hotel

    City, dates and travelers. You will see the final price per night, including taxes, and the cancellation conditions of each rate before paying.

    Add whatever you need for the trip

    At checkout you can optionally add an Uber voucher for transfers. It is optional and the hotel booking proceeds without it. As a Travel Club member, you pay at least 1 € less per night.

    Pay by card

    Payment is handled by the hotel provider (secure card payment). Confirmation arrives by email with the hotel voucher and, if added, the Uber coupon code.

    Everything in “My Bookings”

    The hotel and voucher remain in your account. The Uber voucher is yours even if you later cancel the hotel.

Transfers Uber Voucher

When booking a hotel, you can add an Uber voucher worth 10 to 100 USD (in increments of 10). You receive it with the confirmation, along with its code and expiration date, and redeem it in the Uber app to travel from the airport to the hotel or get around at your destination.

Charged by the provider at face value, no markup: we gain nothing from it — it is a reason to book here, not a revenue line. It is always in dollars and non-refundable: if you cancel the hotel, the voucher remains yours and keeps its value.

Data eSIM for destination

In eSIM you can choose, if you wish, a data package (so many GBs, so many days) for the destination country. It installs by scanning a code on your phone, without changing SIM cards and without waiting to arrive. You land and already have internet.

The package catalog depends on the country and is set by the provider; the price is shown before payment, in the package currency. Check that your phone supports eSIM (most do since 2019). Non-refundable.

Who charges you and who is liable

In hotels from the global catalog, billing and vouchers are issued by the hotel provider we work with; we are the showcase and your dashboard. Cancellation conditions are those of the rate you choose and are visible before payment. Loyalty program bonuses also apply to these bookings.
