Payments and cancellations

• Your card details are processed by a secure payment provider.
• Each accommodation has its own cancellation policy: flexible, moderate, strict or non-refundable. It is shown before payment and applies to that booking.
• Dates, amounts, conditions and payment status are recorded in writing.
• If the owner cancels a confirmed booking, the amount paid is refunded.

Traveler bonuses

HotelsCasa grants you 1 € bonus for each paid night.

You can use bonuses fully or partially on your next booking. They are granted by the platform and do not increase the cost for the owner.

Bonuses have a validity period of 6 months without activity. If you continue traveling, they do not expire.

What your account includes

You don't need to register to browse the catalog. An account is required to book and access additional features:

• Favorites — save accommodations and vehicles.
• Messages — communicate with owners and keep your conversations.
• Notifications — receive confirmations, changes and reminders by email.
• Reviews — only users who have completed a stay or rental can post ratings.
• Bonuses — 1 € per paid night.
• Traveler Club — community, tips and rewards.
• Partner program — every registered user automatically becomes a partner: share accommodation links and receive part of the HotelsCasa commission for bookings made through your links. Links copied from the platform automatically include your partner code.
• Vehicle rental — find vehicles from private owners.

How to rent a vehicle

1. Find a vehicle — Enter the city and dates. If there are no vehicles available in that city yet, we'll let you know and offer alternatives.
2. Check the conditions — The listing shows photos, number of seats, transmission type, fuel, extras, deposit, mileage limit and pick-up/return conditions. You can also check availability and owner rating.
3. Send a request — Select dates and check the price. The owner receives the request and decides whether to accept or reject it. You can also use the chat assistant, which will find an available vehicle and send the request for you.
4. Verify your driving license — If the owner requires it, an official service will check the authenticity and validity of your license.
5. Pay the full amount — The rental is paid when making the booking via card, PayPal or Bizum. HotelsCasa does not see your card details. License verification, when required, is paid separately.
6. Pick up the vehicle — You can collect it personally from the owner or use keyless delivery when available. In this case, the address and opening code are provided after payment and verification.

Before picking up the vehicle, you can contact the owner via chat without revealing your phone number.

7. Return the vehicle and leave your review — After returning the vehicle, you can rate the vehicle and the owner. Only those who have completed the rental can do this, once per booking.

Tips for renting a vehicle

Before booking, check the deposit, mileage allowance and fuel policy. When picking up and returning the vehicle, take photos and record the mileage and fuel level together with the owner. Keep all agreements in the chat.

Important

The vehicle, insurance and deposit belong to the owner. Specific rental conditions are those stated in the listing, not under a general HotelsCasa policy.

If you have a vehicle

Listing is free: no monthly fee, exclusivity or lock-in commitment.

You will have access to:

• "My Garage" to manage your vehicles;
• calendar and synchronization;
• accounting and payments;
• driver verification;
• notifications via email, SMS, and Telegram;
• chat without revealing your phone number;
• listing on the HotelsCasa platform across Europe.

The commission is charged only when there is a real booking and is deducted from the rental price.

If you have accommodation

Listing is free: no monthly fee, exclusivity or lock-in commitment.

The commission is charged only when a real booking exists and is set according to the conditions agreed with the accommodation.

• Houses, apartments and rooms — the commission is deducted from the price you have set.
• Hotels and tourist apartments — the commission is agreed with the establishment and includes promotion on the platform.
• Payments — if you connect your own payment account, your share is paid at the same time the guest pays; otherwise, payment is made after checkout.
• Bonus for owners — 100 € for every 10 completed bookings within a year.

HotelsCasa:

• review accommodations before publishing them;
• processes payments through a secure system;
• keeps written records of agreements;
• monitors potential fraud in bookings and payments;
• offers human support, not just automatic forms.

The deposit, cleaning fee, tourist tax, insurance, and other conditions are set by the owner, so you must check them before paying.

Important information is sent by email; we do not use SMS for these communications.

Is registration required to search?

No. The catalog, photos, prices, and reviews are available without registration.

Can I talk to the owner before paying?

Yes. Use the internal chat to ask about arrival time, pets, parking or other conditions.

Is the displayed price the final price?

After selecting dates, the system shows the total price. Additional services, cleaning, deposit and tourist tax are indicated before payment.

How can I cancel a booking?

The cancellation policy indicated in the listing and in the booking confirmation applies.

How do I use my bonuses?

On your next booking, you can choose whether to use all or only part of the available bonuses.

Can I book in another language?

Yes. The interface is available in several languages, and messages to owners can be automatically translated.

Can I list my accommodation or vehicle?

Yes. Listing is free and we only charge a commission when there is a real booking.
