How HotelsCasa{2} works

Goods transport

Moving anything from one place to another: a bouquet of flowers three streets away, keys across the city, a wardrobe to another province, or a pallet to another country. Whoever moves it can go on foot, by bike, by motorcycle, by car, by van, or by truck.

If you send something

• Write where it’s picked up, where it goes, and what it is. No price is set: carriers state prices in their offers.
• From each offer, see how much they ask, what vehicle they use, how others rated them and what is verified. You choose, and it doesn’t have to be the cheapest.
• If they don't choose before the deadline, the shipment goes with the lowest offer. The rule is written before starting, not after.
• HotelsCasa pays nothing, in any case. Within the city and country, shipping is paid directly to the carrier. To another country, pay a down payment on the website that goes to the carrier’s account (the percentage is stated in their offer) and pay the rest to them upon delivery.
• Put photos of what you're shipping. That's what decides who bids for you and for how much: without a photo, the carrier bids blind, and whoever bids blind asks for more just in case.
• Phone numbers and exact address are only revealed once the shipment is confirmed with the chosen carrier. While bidding, nobody sees more than the city, what needs to be transported and its photos.
• Does it ship daily? In business shipments, enter your details and templates once, and publish a shipment with one tap. It opens without an account: the account is created when entering your mobile number.

If you transport

• Joining costs nothing and there are no shifts, schedules, or obligation to accept anything. See what is published and make an offer if it interests you.
• You set the price. We do not assign shipments to anyone or set what they charge: that button does not exist on any screen.
• It only shows shipments that fit in the vehicle. Someone on a bicycle is not shown moves.
• If you already drive with us as a taxi driver, you do not need to register again: it is the same account.
• To list, you need notifications enabled on your phone (the HotelsCasa app) and a signed contract. Identity, documents, and vehicle photos are optional: the client sees alongside their offer what has been verified and chooses based on that.
• What they pay HotelsCasa, only if selected: within the city and country, a fixed fee of 5 € + VAT by card, which unlocks contacts; to another country, 2% + VAT of the fare, deducted from the advance payment. For fares to another country, their payout account is also required.
• We do not hold their money: shipping costs are theirs and go directly to them.

On long trips, where to stay

• A trip from Madrid to Paris takes two days on the road and one overnight stop.
• We calculate stops at about eight hours of driving each and show them accommodation with pricing at each one.
• The map is ours, but navigation is not: each stop opens in whatever browser you have on your phone.
• This is for long trips. City taxis don’t need or carry it.

If your company has its own system

A company with several vans and an IT person doesn't have to look at a screen: their program can check what's posted and bid on its own. A key is generated from the carrier panel and it connects in no time.
